DAOSA
DAOSA (Dedicated Artisans of South Australia) is built from generations of passionate winemaking families. Husband and wife Xavier Bizot, who’s late father was former chairman of Bollinger, and Lucy Croser, daughter of Australian winemaking great, Brian Croser, bring us Method ClassicTM sparkling wines. Each sparkling has been made in accordance with Champagne regulations without deviations to centuries old tried-and-tested traditional method. Fruit is sourced in the Piccadilly Valley, with the most premium of fruit from the Bizot Vineyard planted in 1995.
