Bellebonne 2018 Vintage Cuvée

 The Fizz

2018 was a year to remember for Tasmania, with some of the greatest yields in history for the region, with quality and intensity of flavour to match. This  grower-producer cuvée has been masterfully created with 60% chardonnay and 40% pinot noir from a single site in Pipers River, northern Tasmania - qualities that every fizz fanatic craves in a sparkling.

Oak fermented for 65% of the blend, and full malolactic fermentation to soften the harshness of the acidity to build texture and creaminess. A pale-gold austere wine embellished with lemon pith and peach from chardonnay, and strawberry and Fuji apple from pinot noir.

It's a privilege to be able to stock a wine with only 3086 bottles in existence made by such an incredible and respected winemaker, let alone to behold it in a glass...
