Shipping policy

We take great pride in the safe management and transport of our premium sparkling wines. All wines are kept in a temperature-monitored, climate-controlled storage facility to ensure they remain at their peak when served. 

We will endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours following your purchase. Standard delivery has a flat fee of $15, express and same/next day delivery (Adelaide Metro only) $20. We can deliver outside of business hours for all local (Adelaide Metro) delivery. All purchases of $250 or more will have FREE standard postage Australia-wide. We are South Australian-based, so expect deliveries to metropolitan cities to occur within 2-8 business days.

For caviar orders (Adelaide-residents only), you will receive a text/email from one of our team to co-ordinate a delivery date within 5 business days (standard delivery) or 2 business days (express delivery). Caviar orders come packed in a temperature-controlled satchel with ice, however need refrigeration within 24 hours. We will only deliver if someone is available at the delivery address specified to physically receive the caviar for this reason. 

If extreme heat is planned, we may hold onto your wines so they remain unaffected. Similarly, caviar can only be delivered personally and cannot be left unattended. In instances where a delivery is attempted but no-one is home to receive this, we will contact you to organise an alternative delivery.

Breakages, damages and theft leading up to delivery of the wines is covered by us. You can also choose to leave your purchase in a safe place (where it won't be weather affected) if you prefer, however we cannot be held liable for any theft once delivery has been completed.
