From estate-grown, handpicked fruit in the beautiful cool-climate region of the Southern Fleurieu.

A blanc de blanc made from 100% chardonnay from a single vineyard. A very complex, rich wine that has spent a minimum of 60 months on lees. The wine boasts nutty aromas wth sweet brioche, followed by refreshing flavours of golden apple, nectarine and almonds, held together with taut acidity.

The wine is a perfect accompaniment to seafood, crustaceans, but also chicken or pork-based dishes.
