One of the great house-style cuveés in the world of traditional method sparkling wine, let alone in Australia. 

The '22 release of Brut Reserve sees biodynamically and organically grown 2020 vintage fruit incorporated with multi-vintage, aged reserve wines, before blending and tirage for two years before being disgorged only a few months ago. 

The vibrancy of this wine in its youth is naturally accompanied with the crystalline, sherbet flavours of the chardonnay, which is then followed by grapefruit and red apple, the latter owing to the proportion of pinot noir. 

Tasmania is the future of sparkling wine in the world, and this cuveé certainly shows exactly why.
