A dedicated sparkling wine house birthed from Vasse Felix in Margaret River, Western Australia. Idèe Fixe uses chardonnay from the premium growing areas of the WA coast to create their wines. Since creation of a blanc de blancs in 2012 from the Karridale vineyard, an obsession (idèe fixe) was born, which led to the first vintage of the house in 2020.
