Established in 2010 and based in Hahndorf in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, Mordrelle Wines is a family owned boutique wine producer. Hailing from Argentina, winemaker Martin Moran holds a PhD in viticulture and oenology, applying his knowledge in the creation of his wines, ranging from not just sparkling but premium reds and whites. His wines are as astounding as the labels that adorn them, in particular his vintage Blanc de Blanc, handcrafted from the best of Adelaide Hills chardonnay.
