How sparkling was meant to be enjoyed - in magnum format. Favoured for its slower oxygen transfer, retention of freshness, and importantly, twice the amount of fun!
A blend of 83% pinot noir and the rest chardonnay from 2018 base harvest fruit from Piccadilly Valley. 16% reserve wines aged in oak from 2017 and 2016 vintages constitute a proportion of the cuvée, and disgorged in 2021 after 26 months on lees.
