From estate-grown, handpicked fruit in the beautiful cool-climate region of the Southern Fleurieu.

Made from 100% pinot noir, this rosé has been crafted only from the free-run juices of light pressings. The wine was bottled and sat on lees for 72 months before disgorging in late 2022. The rose-gold colour of this wine is owed to the fact there is no addition of still pinot noir, nor any skin contact - think more like a blanc de noir than a traditional rosé.

The flavour profile is prominent with fuji apple, cranberry and brioche, with a racy acidity underpinning this complex wine.
